I work in the Dentistry field myself, and I have never had such quality care from a medical facility like I have from St. Luke's. My journey started back in mid 2020. I started out coming in for a lasik consult with Dr. Howard. Everything from consult to surgery to post op then to follow ups have been phenomenal. I have been to their Tarpon Springs, Clearwater and Spring hill location. I have also had 1 enhancement on my left eye due to it being slightly not 20/20 vision. Their guarantee is free enhancement as long as done within 1 year but Dr. Howard honored mine after over a year and a half. Overall, I am so thoroughly impressed and my hat comes off to them for having such amazing protocols, owners and staffing/training, because I'm sure they too struggled during covid, but you couldn't tell one bit. They are very large so obviously they see lots of people. The people complaining about wait times in some of their neg reviews may not realize that waiting is standard. However, i must say I have never waited an hour in the waiting room. Start to finish yes my visit are a little ling but I expect them to be and I appreciate the thoroughness I get from all staff during that time. Every time I pass a St. Luke's building I smile so big and think back to when I used to wear contact lenses and thick glasses. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
