St Luke's employees are the best! Though always busy, the staff does an excellent job of moving patients along in a timely manner. In the past, I have treated with other eye clinics and never knew how many hours I would be there. Dr Crystal Hoffert is very knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the source of a problem. I am not happy about having procedures repeated, but at least this time I feel confident that St Luke's will fix the problems left from a different clinic!

A few weeks after cataract surgery, I started noticing a decrease in vision in one eye. I went to Dr Flynn, mainly because the St. Pete location was closest to my home. After hearing the problems that I was having, and seeing the results of a scan, she came into the exam room and told me that it looked like I had a tear in my retina. She told me that she put in a call to St. Luke's retina specialist (Dr Ponce). A few minutes later, she came in and told me that they were waiting for me in Tampa. No fooling around. She saw a problem...let's take care of it. I couldn't be happier with Dr Flynn, the techs, and the rest of the staff at St. Luke's.
