Dr. Howard is a great eye surgeon! He takes the time to explain both the procedure as well as his thought process to you and ensures that you are well informed prior to the procedure. He makes himself available to you well after the procedure and provides great Post-op care. I see better than I ever have before! He was also very accommodating to my hectic schedule and I am grateful for that. Rita was incredible as well, making sure I was taken care of at every visit and comfortable during the procedure. This year is the third year I visited Clearwater Office for my eye annual check up. I like the whole office atmosphere, Dr Harvard is trustworthy, experienced surgeon, his assistant Nicole is also well trained, professional and warm, able to answer all questions. All staff are friendly with beauty smiles to patients.
