I drove from DC with a detached retina to have Dr Ponce do my surgery! The Dr's at Univ of Virginia said I'd likely lose the eye if I drove down. Dr Ponce & his team assured me that they would fast track me into surgery. He saw me 1 hr after arriving in Tampa. Surgery followed shortly thereafter.
