Setting the appointment was easy and everyone I had contact with was extremely friendly. For some reason Dr. Howard decided not to use numbing agent to remove my chalazion. Ive had two of them removed in the past so I was shocked when he did it without. Im not sure why he chose to operate that way but it was the most painful experience Ive had at a doctor. Imagine someone cutting off a piece of your eyelid. Four stars because everyone was so warm and welcome

I am a snowbird and unfortunately came down with shingles. My eye looked horrible and the pain was pretty bad. My doctor from home told me to see an eye doctor as soon as possible. I am fortunate that I was able to see Dr. HOFFERT that morning. I had shingles in my eye! My eye doctor from home said he saved my eyesight. I am so thankful they saw me right away and checked me again before I returned home. The office staff was caring and the gals checking my eyes were excellent. Dr HOFFERT did a thorough check of my eyes and answered all my questions. I am thankful and highly recommend this office.

St. Luke's is an excellent practice. The staff is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend.
