Frances C. Kipfer, PA-C, is originally from Pennsylvania but grew up in Pinellas County, Florida. She received her Physician Assistant degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is nationally certified by the NCCPA and licensed to practice in the state of Florida. Frances is a U.S. Army Reserve veteran, where she served as a Preventive Medicine Specialist. During Operation New Dawn, she performed quality inspections to promote and sustain the health of military personnel while deployed overseas.
Frances enjoys working in ophthalmology because it allows her to build meaningful relationships with her patients, educate them about their eye conditions, and help preserve and protect their vision. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients maintain their quality of life.
In her free time, Frances enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog.
