At St. Luke’s we believe in taking care of our team members so they can take care of others. The elements below comprise our employee benefits package.

Medical Insurance
We offer the Aetna Choice POS II PPO Network provided through our self-insured plan. All employees scheduled to work an average of 30 or more hours per week are eligible. Dependent coverage is also available. The effective date will be the day following the completion of 90 days of employment.

Dental Insurance
We offer dental insurance through SunLife Dental. Coverage is available for employee and their dependents. Coverage for eligible employees begins the first of the month following completion of 90 days of employment.

Basic Life Insurance/ AD&D
Eligible employees are provided with life insurance equivalent to two times their annual base salary, some restrictions apply. St. Luke’s pays the plan premiums for this coverage, which begins the first of the month following completion of 90 days of employment. Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance is included in our life insurance policy.

Supplemental Life Insurance
Eligible employees have the option to purchase additional group life insurance for themselves and their dependents.

Cosmetic and Vision-Related Benefits
St. Luke’s is proud to offer a variety of cosmetic and vision-related benefits and discounts to our employees. Waiting periods vary by services rendered.

Paid Time Off
St. Luke’s offers a competitive paid time off package to employees. Employees accrue hours each pay period based on their hourly category and length of service.

Eligible employees receive holiday pay for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

401(k) Retirement Plan
All St. Luke’s employees have the option to contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis into their own accounts within our qualified 401(k) Plan, and St. Luke’s provides a match to those contributions.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
St. Luke’s provides eligible employees the option to enroll in a Healthcare and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account. This allows employees to make pre-tax contributions that can be used to reimburse themselves for certain medical and/or dental care expenses, while also lowering their taxable income.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
All St. Luke’s employees and their family members have confidential access to counselors, crisis intervention and community resource referrals. This plan is free for all employees.
