• Requires experience in check-in, check-out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, scanning, etc.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills including: pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, tact, diplomacy, patience, and flexibility.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
• Prior related medical office experience is strongly preferred - experienced in checking in and out, scheduling, and answering phones.

• Florida license required
• Primary responsibilities include: Providing exemplary customer service to our clients, as well as to perform consultations, treatments, scheduling, follow-up calls, and field networking.
• Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medi-spa setting.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT/NURSE PRACTITIONER – Clearwater Office

• Florida license required
• Certification in plastic surgery and prior work experience in a surgical medi-spa setting preferred
• Must have experience with the care and management of plastic surgery patients, and with laser treatments and injectables
• Skilled communicator with exceptional customer service skills
• Must have the ability to multitask, be organized, and show attention to detail.
• Pior management experience would be a plus

CRNA – Clearwater Office

• Florida license required
• 1-2 days/week providing pre-operative anesthesia assessment and clearance and regional or general anesthesia in our office-based surgical suite in Clearwater
• Additional days are available providing MAC (monitored anesthesia care) for outpatient ophthalmic surgery patients in Tarpon Springs

SURGICAL TECH – Clearwater Office

• Prior surgical experience with a plastic surgeon is required
• Responsibilities will also involve seeing surgical consults in the Clinic, therefore clinical experience in plastics would be a plus

NURSE MANAGER FOR CLEARWATER OFFICE

• We are recruiting for a motivated and talented Florida licensed RN to assist in the establishment and management of our office-based
• plastic surgery practice. This office will feature a state-of-the art plastic surgery clinic and on-site surgery center.
• Clinical experience with a plastic surgeon is required
• Certification in plastic surgery nursing is preferred
• Prior experience with AAAASF accreditation for an office-based surgery practice is preferred
• Our ideal candidate would also have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience, an eye for esthetics, outstanding ability to relate to and communicate with the public, and the skill to motivate and lead.

HOUSEKEEPING/ FLOOR TECH

• The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 3:00 – 11:30 p.m
• Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and buffers is required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently is also required.
• Candidates with prior experience in a hospital/medical setting will be given first consideration.
