Eye Alignment Test

Worth-4 Dot Test (depth perception test)

For this test, the patient wears glasses with one green lens and one red.  The patient looks at a target with 2 green dots, 1 red dot, and 1 white dot.  Depending on the number and color of lights the patient sees, the examiner can determine whether there is normal fusion or if one eye is being suppressed (ignored).
