Dr. Frank V. Dina is a board-certified optometric physician specializing in cataract post-operative examinations.  He has been a member of the St. Luke's staff since 1977.

In addition to post-operative examinations, Dr. Dina performs optometric examinations for the patients of Doctor Gills.

Dr. Dina received his A.A.S. degree from Orange Count Community College in Middletown, New York, in 1970 and his doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1976.

Dr. Dina participates in cataract and glaucoma screenings for St. Luke's.

Dr. Dina and his wife Vickie have two children:  Eric and Alicia.
